Workplace Learning

I have learned that there is so much to learn in the work place and how you can teach people how to learn in the work place. As i read the articles i notice that a lot of adults don't know how to work or learn in the workplace that they are in. So they have people to teach them how to become better workers and what not. There are two aging trends in the workforce right now A large percentage of the workforce is approaching traditional retirement age and The number of new and younger workers is decreasing. Which is some what true because people aren't really starting their careers til about the age of 27

  1. I agreed with you Mr.Andrews. There are too many new technology that come out so fast and is hard to keep up with it. As you mentions that "adults don't know how to work or learn in the workplace that are in". I feel like young adult learn more fast than senior citizen. That why young adult needs to volunteer to help the senior citizens more often. Mr. Andrews what can we do to help the senior citizens learned faster?

  2. Yeah i got to agree with your theory about workplace learning. Yeah there are a lot of new young workers that haven't start a career at young age and it takes some time for them to learn more about workplace. As they get older, they will start a career. I thought it is not fair because they just graduated college and want to start a career to start everything in right way and provide new family if they got just married and having kids.
